This product is matched with small four-wheel tractor and is applicable extensively for plain and hill. It can be used in planting corn, soybean and sorghum etc. Besides, it can also be used in applying fertilizer to achieve really ideal level that a tractor serves several purposes. This product is rear-mounted three-point linkage type. Seed-metering device of implement is driven by land wheel. When plant unit is operating, turning radius is not more than 3m so that operation is convenient.  

1.       Structure features of product

1)      Frame is welded together by using excellent square tubes and has advantages of lightweight, reasonable structure, large strength and good applicable performance etc. It is main general-purpose component of Shuangyin brand series seeder.

2)      Connection between components and frame uses U bolts and pressboards so that assembly is quick and adjusting position is convenient. At the same time, fastening is reliable.

3)      Seed boot is welded by selecting excellent steel blanking with coating wear resistant alloy. After heat treatment, it possesses very strong wear resistance to lengthen lifetime of boot.

4)      Corn seeder is unit drive sowing mechanism. Each sowing assembly can finish independently furrowing, metering seed, discharging fertilizer and covering soil under the traction of tractor. Sowing row spacing is adjusted according to requirements.

5)      Most of parts use mould-stamping process with high manufacturing precision, better versatility and interchangeability.

6)      Plowshare furrow opener is connected with big frame and fixed plate of plow standard is added to protect effectively that plow standard and big frame are transformed and damaged under the additional load
